The ideal candidate will have a broad and deep network with key decision-makers at major beauty companies in the USA and possess the ability to introduce and promote nutricosmetics as an essential part of their innovation pipeline. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively advocate for our client’s full-service contract manufacturing solutions, positioning them as the go-to partner for beauty brands looking to enter or expand in the nutricosmetics market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leverage an extensive network to identify and engage decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Heads of R&D, and Innovation) at top-tier beauty companies.

    Drive awareness and educate potential clients on the opportunities within the nutricosmetics category, demonstrating how it complements their existing product offerings.

    Articulate the value proposition of our client’s full-service contract manufacturing solutions, highlighting capabilities such as formulation development, production, regulatory compliance, and go-to-market support.

    Work closely with the CARRARA Advisory team to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business development efforts.

    Secure commitments and long-term partnerships with beauty brands to integrate nutricosmetics into their innovation roadmap.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    Proven track record of business development success within the beauty, wellness, or personal care industries.

    A well-established network with senior leadership at major beauty companies across the USA.

    Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, specifically in wellness, nutricosmetics, and functional beauty products.

    Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

    In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in new and existing international markets. You will develop strong relationships with key distributors and retailers and ensure that the brands are positioned for success on a global scale.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    ·        Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration in international markets.

    ·        Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets and channels, building strong and long-lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate and close sales deals

    ·        Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and cultivating new partnerships.

    ·        Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

    ·        Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
