CARRARA Advisory is conducting an executive search on behalf of a leading Swiss-based contract manufacturer specializing in beauty and personal care products. Our client is a well-established, high-quality player in the B2B beauty manufacturing space, serving a selective portfolio of premium brands across Europe and beyond.
In the context of their continued growth and commercial ambitions, they are looking for a driven and experienced Commercial Head to lead their business development and client management activities. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on revenue growth and long-term strategic partnerships.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Commercial Head will be the engine of the company's commercial activity. You will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing client relationships while actively driving new business acquisition. You will lead a small, agile commercial team of 3 to 5 people and work cross-functionally with operations, R&D, and regulatory to deliver exceptional service and develop winning proposals.
Key Responsibilities
– Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build deep, trusted partnerships with brand owners and procurement teams.
– Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the beauty and personal care sector; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
– Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a commercial team of 3–5 people; set performance objectives and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
– Commercial Strategy: Define and execute the commercial roadmap in alignment with the company's growth objectives; contribute to pricing strategy, portfolio positioning, and go-to-market planning.
– Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production planning, and regulatory affairs to ensure client needs are translated into actionable manufacturing briefs and delivered on time.
– Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of trends in the beauty and personal care industry; monitor competitive dynamics and emerging customer needs to inform commercial positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
– Minimum 8–10 years of commercial experience in a B2B environment, with a significant portion in the beauty and/or personal care sector
– Proven track record in both account management and new business development
– Experience in contract manufacturing, private label, or ingredient supply for cosmetics/beauty is a strong asset
– Background working with international brand clients (luxury, mass market, or indie beauty) is highly valued
– Experience managing a small commercial team

Finance & HR Administrator

CARRARA Advisory is conducting a search on behalf of a confidential Swiss-based client. Our client is a well-established, quality-focused company operating in a specialized B2B environment. As part of their continued development and internal structuring, they are looking to bring on a motivated and organized Finance & HR Administrator to support two critical functions of the business simultaneously.
This is a unique dual-role position well suited to a candidate who is early in their career, eager to grow across both finance and people operations, and comfortable working in a lean, dynamic environment.
The Role
The Finance & HR Administrator will hold a hybrid position covering two distinct areas of responsibility. On the finance side, the person will handle day-to-day accounting tasks. On the human resources side, the person will manage administrative HR processes.
This dual structure reflects the importance of both functions within the organization and offers the successful candidate an unusually broad and enriching scope for someone at this stage of their career.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting and Finance:
· Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations
· Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
· Support month-end and year-end closing activities
· Help maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting tasks
· Liaise with external accountants or auditors as needed
HR Administration:
· Manage administrative HR processes including employee onboarding and offboarding, contract management, and personnel file maintenance
· Track absences, holidays, and time records in compliance with Swiss labor regulations
· Serve as a point of contact for employee administrative queries
· Support on HR-related administrative matters and contribute to the smooth running of people operations
· Assist with payroll preparation in coordination with the CFO
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience and Background:
· 0 to 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, HR administration, or a combination thereof
· A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered
· First exposure to Swiss accounting standards or Swiss labor law is a plus
· Experience or internships in a small or mid-sized company environment is an advantage
Skills and Competencies:
· Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a strong sense of confidentiality
· Able to manage competing priorities across two distinct functions and two reporting lines
· Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a lean team
· Pragmatic and hands-on, with a willingness to take ownership of administrative processes
